Some things should never be typed

We grew up in houses where letters arrived — folded thin, smelling faintly of ink, read aloud twice. Somewhere between messages that vanish and calls that end too soon, we stopped saying the things that matter most.

Meri Chithhi exists for those unsaid things. You tell us the story, in whatever shape it comes. Our writers listen, then write it out by hand — in English, Hindi or Hinglish — on paper worth keeping.

Every Chithhi is sealed and posted, never printed. Some go with wax and dried flowers. Some travel with a blank sheet, in case they want to write back. All of them carry something a screen never could.

Some feelings deserve a letter.
